Identified - Dear customers,
We have detected a delay in the processing of updates sent to our system. Real time stories might be affected as most recent updates are not instantly visible.
Additionally the Export API is affected as well and not fully available right now.

On 16th October between 23:00 and 23:30 CEST, we will be performing critical maintenance to deploy an important improvement that will significantly enhance the performance and stability of Stories in Activate Pro.
During this maintenance window, there will be a downtime of approximately 30 minutes, during which:
Stories processing will be delayed
Any interaction with Stories (create, read, update, delete) will be temporarily unavailable
Any active Story SFTP message being processed will be interrupted and will need to be rescheduled
All other parts of the platform are expected to remain unaffected.
We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work to continuously improve our platform.
