all missing data for event exports via Export API have been processed now. Please note that the delayed processing requires an adjustment of the export-interval for the affected timeframe.

Update

We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

The developers did implement a fix that makes new data available to export again, but the timeframe of ~12:00 03.09. — ~18:00 08.09. is not processed yet and needs additional work.

We will update you when all data is available again to export.

Dear customers,

please be informed that our system currently faces some issues with event exports via Exports API.

Exports affected are event exports that include events that were ingested on 03.09.2025 or later - these event will currently be missing from the exported files. Exports with earlier intervalls are not affected.

Our developers are already working on a fix and we will update you as soon a fix is implemented.
